❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 6 minutes or until piping hot stirring halfway through.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 35 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 11 minutes (stir halfway through) or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 40 minutes, stir and then cook for a further 5 minutes.

Originally from Manchester, I moved to London to attend culinary school. Since graduating, I've worked in several restaurants and pubs around the city. More recently, however, I've shifted my focus to catering and private chef work. I find that catering allows me greater creative freedom to experiment with new recipes and further develop my culinary skills. I hope you enjoy my food!

Enjoyable

Lovely creamy, spicey sauce. Authentic without all the oil that usually you get with takeaways. Regular portion needs to have salad or something with it, as not quite enough on its own.

Delicious curry

Really flavourful - a lovely blend of spices. Lots of nice chicken and the rice was wonderful too, very fluffy and had a beautiful taste.
