Our homemade ragu is the star of the show - a perfect balance of good quality beef slow-cooked with white onion, sweet carrot, earthy celery, buttery confit garlic, San Marzano tomatoes, and a splash of Pinot Grigio.

The homemade ragu is layered over fresh pasta and topped with béchamel. The lasagne is then finished off with a layer of fior di latte mozzarella and parmesan. You can't get better than this!

Serve with a slice of focaccia or with a fresh salad of rocket, finely chopped sun dried tomato, shavings of parmesan, a pinch of sea salt, and a drizzle of good quality olive oil.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 40 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

I’ve ordered this a few times now. I always enjoy it! This time maybe a slightly bit salty which is why it’s 4 instead of 5 stars. Still tasty and will still order again. It wasn’t a big portion (but same as usual) but it was enough.
